Proven, distinct and specific feedback in teams.
The App’s menu supports giving distinct and specific feedback. The receiver has time before responding or reacting to the feedback. Therefore, the feedback conversation runs smoother and much more constructively.

Managers monitor the process online. They have access to information on the frequency of giving, receiving and requesting feedback on an individual level. Team members who struggle receive specific coaching.
